| Our client is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the management and delivery of Human Resources services to the business. |

| Deliverables by the Human Resources Manager will include: |
| |

|
Management and delivery of the recruitment needs. |
| |
|
|
|
|
Management and delivery of performance management and improvement systems. |
| |
|
|
|
|
Management of staff training, development and induction. |
| |
|
|
|
|
Management of employee documentation and records. |
| |
|
|
|
|
Advising the Managing Director on all matters connected with employment and staff relations. |
| |
|
|
|
|
Ensuring that the organisation is at minimal risk by being compliant with all aspects of employment related legislation. |
| |
|
|
|
|
Effective management of the Human Resources Department. |
| |
|
|
|
|
Maintenance of a current and relevant HR Handbook . |
| |
|
|
|
|
Production of reports as required from time to time for both internal and external use. |
| |
|
|
|
|
Liaison with other managers to ensure that the company meets its legal obligations in respect of providing a safe working environment. |
| |
|
|
|
|
Maintenance of the HR processes and procedures. |
|
| |
The Human Resources Manager role is Located in Lagos. Work Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 6 pm |
| |
Applicants should have a good generalist background of HR principles with a proven record of providing advice to management in all aspects of HR. |
| |
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential in this role. CIPM, CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential. |
| |
To apply, you must also posses a B.Sc. or HND in social sciences, 4+ years relevant work experience, good problem solving skills, good IT skills, excellent attention to detail, Time Management skills, and communication skills. |
