OUR DIRECTORS
 

Mo Abudu holds a master's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom. She has over 18 years experience in several fields including Human Resource Management, Customer Care and Marketing.


She has held key positions in various organizations, notably Head of Human Resource and Administration, Exxonmobil; Director of Marketing, Starform Communication (UK); and Area Manager, Atlas Recruitment (UK).


 

She is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Vic Lawrence & Associates Ltd (VLA), Director of Protea Hotel, Oakwood Park, Lekki, CEO and Anchor/Hostess of the hit TV Talk Show “Moments with Mo”, Executive Producer of “The Debaters” Reality TV show, Founder and Director of Inspire Africa Productions Ltd. and the Inspire Africa Foundation, as well as serving for a number of years as an active member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Nigeria. Mo has also been a member of the Organizing Committee of the Nigeria Economic Summit.


Alero Otobo holds a first degree in Human Sciences from Oxford University, a Masters in Philosophy Degree in Town and Country Planning from the University of London, and a Sloan Masters Degree in Management from the prestigious London Business School.


She was Head of Human Capital Management in United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc. and has served on the Board of Union Bank of Nigeria as a non Executive Director. She currently serves on the International Alumni Board of the London Business School. She is a Human Resource Consultant with expertise in Human Resource Strategy, Organization Design, Change Management and Executive Coaching.


She is currently working on several public sector initiatives.

 
 

Bunmi Lawson holds an MBA from IESE International Graduate School of Management and a degree in Accountancy from the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.


She served as the Executive Director of FATE Foundation from 2001 to 2005 and has worked in various roles within diverse industries in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. She also served as a discussion leader at the African Summit of the World Economic Forum from 2002 to 2004.She is a member of the Governing Council of the Lagos Business School and was Chairperson, Marketing and Finance Committee of the organizing committee of the Nigeria-US Investment Conference, Nigerian Economic Summit Group.


She currently serves as the Managing Director of Accion Micro Finance Bank.
