Our Client, a leading luxury and lifestyle product retailer, is looking for someone who is extremely organised, efficient , proactive, enthusiastic and who can multi-task, to hit the ground rounding as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
The successful candidate needs to be adaptable and resourceful, and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This PA to MD role is for someone who enjoys having a very varied schedule, someone willing to work long hours and who can provide first class support to the Managing Director.
The responsibilities of the PA / Personal Assistant will include
Proactive diary management
Create and maintain structured filing system for easy filing and retrieval of corporate documents
Facilitate inward and outward correspondence
Manage screen and log MD’s telephone calls
Maintain comprehensive rolodex/database of contact details of all stakeholders
Coordinating, Attending and ensuring that events are run smoothly.
Arranging travel and other protocol services for the MD
Admin tasks on behalf of the MD
The role requires a PA / Personal Assistant to be a strong communicator and candidate must have knowledge of MS Office.
